- 1/2 ounce Jalapeño Infused Tequila Don Julio Reposado
- 1/4 ounce Crème de Fraise
- 1/4 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
- Fresh Grated Ginger
- Sliced Fresh Jalapeño
- Topped with Ginger Beer and a Twist of Black Pepper
To kick off the Tequila Don Julio festivities at this year’s Tales of the Cocktail, Tequila Don Julio hosted “Me and Julio Down in NOLA.” Guests enjoyed charbroiled oysters from Dragos and specialty Don Julio drinks crafted by some of the country’s finest bartenders including Ashley Danella, Tony Devencenzi, Ricky Gomez, Liz Pearce, Dominic Venegas, and Jill Webster.

- In shaker, combine Tequila Don Julio Reposado infused with jalapeño, Crème de Fraise, fresh lime juice, and ice. Shake well.
- Pour into a highball glass over ice.
- Garnish with fresh grated ginger, sliced fresh jalapeño, top with ginger beer and a twist of black pepper.
