Celebrity chef and Food Network all-star Guy Fieri will host an afternoon of sunshine, BBQ, beer, and live music at Brew B'Que on Santa Monica Pier as part of Los Angeles Food & Wine, a four-day epicurean experience celebrating the very best in L.A. food and drink culture. From October 13–16, 2011, more than 100 celebrity chefs such as Fieri will team up with today's pop culture and culinary power-houses to lead demonstrations, seminars, dinners, and dedicated after-hours events featuring tastings from more than 300 premier international wineries.

On Saturday, October 15, from 4–7 p.m., Brew B'Que on Santa Monica Pier guests will enjoy an afternoon on the famed Santa Monica Pier with home-style BBQ dishes prepared by Fieri and renowned chefs from across the country, including Tim Love, Roy Choi, Chris Cosentino, Ray Garcia, Frank Ostini, Mark Estee, Sang Yoon, Roy Yamaguchi, Charles Phan, and Mark Kiffin. Live music from rock bands and more than 100 beers from some of the world's most notable breweries will accompany an afternoon of sunshine and Pacific Ocean views.

"There is no better place to soak in the sun, grab a beer, and feast on some killer BBQ than the Santa Monica Pier," Fieri says. "Brew B'Que is the place to be during Los Angeles Food & Wine."

Headquartered at the internationally famous L.A. LIVE complex, Los Angeles Food & Wine will set the stage as the country's first crossover culinary event that matches personalities from television, film, music, and sport with celebrity chefs. Presented by American Express Publishing and co-founding sponsor Lexus, Los Angeles Food & Wine is brought to you by Coastal Luxury Management, the founders of the acclaimed Pebble Beach Food & Wine with partners dick clark productions (dcp) and AEG. A portion of the proceeds will benefit St. Vincent Meals On Wheels, raising awareness for the culinary community.
