Chef Troy Guard wants to take the stress out of holiday meal-prep this season – he and the team at Guard & Grace have put together another outstanding meal for six available for pick-up before the holiday.
Protein options include Prime Rib au Jus with Horseradish Cream; Whole Beef Tenderloin with Demi-Glace; or guests can order Everything but the Meat. Every box includes a crisp Winter Salad, and decadent items like Creamed Spinach Stuffed Shells; Bacon-Wrapped, Goat-Cheese Stuffed Dates; Killer Idaho Mashed Potatoes, and Signature Roasted Carrots.
For the at home gourmands who need a little boost, à la carte proteins, sides and desserts are also available: Bacon wrapped filet mignon; a bone-in, dry-aged rib eye steak; or salmon with herbs and lemon vinaigrette. Round out the party with add-ons like Jumbo shrimp cocktail; Smoked Salmon Dip; or Foie Gras torchon, with toast, jam, pistachio. Finish the meal off with a Christmas Yule Log, Bourbon Pecan Pie, or Troy’s Triple Chocolate Cookies.
Chef Guard has even thought of leftovers – add on Troy’s Morning After Fried Rice for a decadent leftover breakfast.
