Football season is touching down at Grotto Pizza and the iconic, casual-dining restaurant chain is inviting customers to celebrate game day at its Sports Bar restaurants with a Pig Skin Pick Em’ contest and Grand Prize all-expenses paid trip to Las Vegas on Super Bowl Weekend. Beginning September 7, Grotto Pizza’s NFL program will also feature weekly giveaways at Sports Bar locations. Participating stores include Bethany Beach, Camden, Concord Pike, Dover, Lewes, Long Neck, Middletown, Milford, Millsboro, Newark, Pennsylvania Ave. and Seaford.
“The kickoff to football season is always an anticipated and exciting time for our Grotto Pizza Sports Bars throughout Delaware,” says Jeff Gosnear, Vice President of Grotto Pizza. “Game Day is a time to gather with friends, either at our restaurants or at home, to watch the game and make memories while enjoying our legendary pizza. We hope our customers will like the Grand Prize trip to Las Vegas we’re offering for this campaign and look forward to a busy fall at all our locations statewide.”
To take part in the annual Pig Skin Pick ‘Em game, guests must ask for a form at a Sports Bar location, circle the predicted winner and submit to the bartender. Players receive one point per correct prediction. All forms must be submitted by the start of Sunday’s game (one per person.) After week 18, the person with the most points at all Grotto Pizza locations will win an all-expenses paid trip to Las Vegas on Super Bowl Weekend. All games are Sunday and Monday (no Thursday or Saturday games.)
