With warmer temperatures on the horizon, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria announced its crave-worthy seasonal menu aptly named “Summer Selections” just in time for summer. Beginning Tuesday, June 6, guests can enjoy the new chef-created Smoked Brisket Pizza, topped with dill pickle chips, as well as the refreshing Strawberry Spinach Salad and more. The menu also features a new seasonal cocktail and flavorful berry cheesecakes for dessert.

The full summer menu includes:

  • Smoked Brisket Pizza – Sliced smoked brisket, white onions and Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce baked to perfection in Grimaldi’s coal brick-oven and topped with dill pickle chips
  • Strawberry Spinach Salad – Baby spinach topped with feta cheese crumbles, red onion, almonds, and sliced strawberries tossed with a zesty strawberry vinaigrette  
  • Blueberry Cheesecake – Vanilla cheesecake loaded with plump blueberries, garnished with whipped cream and even more fresh blueberries   
  • Strawberry Cheesecake – Creamy strawberry cheesecake served with fresh, sliced strawberries and whipped cream  
  • The Bridge Board  Prosciutto, salami, fresh mozzarella, Spanish olives, antipasto peppers and fresh berries. Served with a side of bread.  
  • Seasonal Cocktail: Bourbon & Blues – Muddled blueberries and thyme leaves shaken with TINCUP American Whiskey and lemon juice. Served with a lemon wheel and thyme sprigs.  

The menu is available for dine-in and takeout on June 6 through September 11, 2023, at Grimaldi’s locations nationwide, excluding the historic location at 1 Front Street, Brooklyn, NY and Grimaldi’s Pizzeria To-Go locations.
