Standouts from the preselected menu include Hommus with puree of chickpeas, garlic, and tahin; Arayes with grilled grou lamb and tahini stuffed pita, and Garlic-yogurt; Spanakopita with house-made phyllo, spinach, and feta cheese; Keftedes Kapama with beef and lamb meatballs, feta cheese, rustic tomato sauce, cinnamon, and allspice, as well as Turkish Delight with walnut ice cream, yogurt mousse, honey geleé, orange-caramel sauce, and caramelized pine nuts for dessert.
