It’s almost time to gather for some great food and wonderful views as a new dining concept gets set to open on Tuesday at Tarpon Point. The new Gather restaurant, from the team behind Fathoms Restaurant & Bar and The French Press, will open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Lead by Executive Chefs Benjamin Voisin and Fabrice Deletrain, the restaurant will feature healthy, organic-option breakfasts, plus the European-style pastries that have made The French Press a foodie mainstay. Lunch and dinner will introduce a new concept in Cape Coral with an international gastro-bar menu and craft cocktails.
Patrons will be able to relax on the 20-foot long sofas, enjoy a drink at the stylish bar, and even get in on an action-packed game of foosball, all while taking in the wonderful views offered at Tarpon Point.
HGH LLC partners Chef Voisin, Valeria Zanella Voisin, and Meredith and Timothy Hoffman are excited about their latest venture in the Cape. Timothy Hoffman says, “this is going to be a great new concept for Southwest Florida and we couldn’t be happier with the talent that has come together to create an amazing dining experience.”
Fathoms General Manager Kathy Stephan and The French Press Manager Sue McCormick, along with Jeremy Vincent, Fathoms’ famed senior mixologist, helped spearhead the Gather concept and will oversee its operations. Fathoms Executive Chef Fabrice Deletrain and Chef Voisin will develop the menu and take an active role in training, hiring and kitchen management.
