Firebirds Wood Fired Grill has launched its new Spring Features menu, with all selections under 580 calories, and a new line of fresh, seasonal cocktails.
Available for a limited time only until May 5, the menu includes the BBQ Grilled Salmon Salad or Pork Tenderloin Sandwich for lunch; the Cocoa Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin or the Citrus Grilled Mahi Veracruz for dinner; the Griddled Corn and Goat Cheese Palenta, Spring Couscous Salad; and Fresh Strawberry Shortcake and Custard for lunch and dinner.
“Spring ingredients like mint, asparagus, blood oranges, spinach, and strawberries infused with Firebirds’ fresh herbs and spices give these new, lite selections an invigorated, bold flavor this season,” says Executive Chef Steve Sturm.
Guests can also enjoy a new line of seasonal cocktails like Raspberry Peach Margarita, Elderflower & Basil Martini, Blood Orange Negoni, and more.
