French Concept Brasserie Mon Chou Chou to Host Quarterly Tasting Menu Event

Beginning March 29, Brasserie Mon Chou Chou presents “La Table de Chou Chou,” a quarterly tasting menu highlighting a French region, special ingredient or guest chef. The first exclusive dinner in this series will focus on the Alsace region of France, where Executive Chef Laurent Réa is from. As ideally suited for a special occasion as it is for an impromptu weeknight dinner, Brasserie Mon Chou Chou is expanding the boundaries of its casual brasserie identity with La Table de Chou Chou by experimenting with a higher-end, luxe experience exploring French technique and cuisine.  

Reservations are now being accepted for La Table de Chou Chou.

What to Expect: To accompany the multi-course menu, six wine pairings from the Alsace region will be expertly and thoughtfully selected. The meal will be served at a communal table of 14 guests during one seating at 6:30pm. The cost for the experience is $350 per person (includes wine pairing), plus tax + gratuity.  

Reservations: Reservations are extremely limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests can reserve by emailing with the number of guests in your party. Reservations are not set until you receive an email confirmation. 

About Alsace: The Alsace region of France is a key wine-producing region, and is known for cuisine that blurs the boundaries between French and German (due to its close proximity to Germany). Alsatian dishes are known for their richness and are complemented by the predominantly white wines grown in the area.
