The Ohio IHOP restaurants located in Perrysburg, Lima, Holland and on
Talmadge Road in Toledo, as well as an IHOP in Evansville, Indiana, are
being refranchised to Mohammed Iftikhar, a current franchisee who also
owns six successful IHOPs in Georgia.

A sixth IHOP located on Central Avenue in Toledo has been closed.
