Wyndham Vacation Rentals invites guests to "Sip, Savor, and Stroll" their way through The Market Common during the Coastal Uncorked Food, Wine & Spirits Festival this spring.

"Sip, Savor, and Stroll," the kickoff event for the third annual festival, will give guests a taste of the Grand Strand with food and wine samples from participating restaurants in Myrtle Beach's popular urban lifestyle center, The Market Common.

The Coastal Uncorked Festival will run Sunday to Sunday, April 22 through April 29, 2012. The "Sip, Savor, and Stroll" event will take place Thursday, April 26, from 5-7 p.m. along the streets of The Market Common, a master-planned village located at 1120 Farrow Parkway, just one mile from the ocean in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Tickets for this and other festival events may be purchased online at Shop.CoastalUncorked.com. Tickets for the Stroll are $10 per person and ticket holders must be age 21 or older.

As the management company for the residential properties and vacation rentals at The Market Common, ResortQuest is offering a Coastal Uncorked lodging special. Guests can save 25 percent off a stay of three nights or more in the upscale vacation rentals at The Market Common during the festival. This special offer is available on new reservations for guests arriving on or after April 20 and departing by April 29, 2012.

Several other Coastal Uncorked events will take place at a variety of venues throughout Myrtle Beach. Nightly Wine and Spirits Dinners at local restaurants will offer multi-course meals with a different wine or beer pairing for each course. Daily $20.12 Chef's Tasting Menus will feature three-course meals from fixed-price menus at participating restaurants.

On Friday, April 27, and Saturday, April 28, live entertainment will accompany food and wine samples at the Oceanfront Grand Tasting Tents, located on Ocean Boulevard between 8th and 9th Avenues North.

And at 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 29, the festival will reach its final dramatic conclusion as local chefs compete for the title of Top Chef in the Chef's Challenge and Tasting Finale under the Grand Tasting Tents.
