Follett Corporation, a leading manufacturer of ice-related equipment for the foodservice and healthcare markets worldwide, recently completed a series of enhancements to its industry-leading Symphony ice and water dispensers. The upgrades include incorporating Agion antimicrobial product protection into key ice and water contact components in all Symphony dispensers.
"With the recent media stories about bacteria on appliances in offices, the addition of antimicrobial product protection to Follett's ice and water dispensers will help inhibit the growth of damaging microbes on our dispensers used in foodservice and hospitality markets," says Ed Barr, vice president of U.S. sales.
In addition, the 12 Series dispensers have been upgraded to improve both the serviceability and aesthetics of this popular model.
