Flynn Restaurant Group, the largest restaurant franchisee in the U.S., announced the internal promotion of Jacqueline (Jaci) Lee to General Counsel. In this role, Lee will oversee a wide range of legal matters for over 1,200 restaurants nationwide. An accomplished trial lawyer that spent more than a decade litigating bet-the-company cases, Lee’s experience will aid in the future growth of the company and its expanding portfolio.

Prior to joining Flynn Restaurant Group as Associate General Counsel in 2018, Lee was a Partner at the global law firm of Jones Day in its Silicon Valley office, where she successfully represented clients in high-stakes intellectual property and commercial litigation and provided counsel on a variety of complex business disputes and strategic issues. Lee’s contributions to the legal field have been recognized by a number of legal publications, including The Legal 500 United States and Northern California Super Lawyers. In 2015, she was named to Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 2015 “Women of Influence” list. Lee holds a juris doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University.
