Southern California-based Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar announced on September 5 plans to open its newest location in Beverly Hills. The critically-acclaimed restaurant offers the best in steakhouse dining, aged beef, chops, and fresh seafood coupled with a wine list with more than 100 world-class wines served by the glass. The restaurant is scheduled to open in November.

“We have long wanted to introduce a Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Beverly Hills and have worked tirelessly to find the perfect location,” says Skip Fox, president of Fleming’s. “Beverly Hills epitomizes luxury and quality, consistent with our brand, and we are honored to be a part of such a notable international destination and look forward to being an active member of the community.”

The new location will open at 252 N. Beverly Drive between Dayton Way and Wilshire Blvd. The 7,200 square foot restaurant will seat 250 guests and will feature a two story all-glass wine room, a second story mezzanine dining room, and an exterior patio marked by a dramatic soaring floor-to-ceiling glass window allowing passers-by to view inside. Design Development Group of Agoura Hills is overseeing the build-out and interior design. The restaurant, which serves dinner only, will employ 80 associates.

“It will be a world-class restaurant, fit for a world-class community,” Fox says.

Founded by restaurant industry icons Paul Fleming and Bill Allen, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is based in Newport Beach, California, where the company opened its first restaurant 1998. Today there are 64 restaurants nationwide including eight locations in Southern California.
