Award-winning breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant First Watch continued its expansion in Maryland with the April 15 opening of a restaurant in Timonium. The new 3,520 sq. ft. restaurant, located at 2159 York Road in the Timonium Square Shopping Center, is now the first restaurant in Timonium, bringing the total number of First Watch restaurants in Maryland to three.

First Watch has two more Maryland restaurants in Pikesville and Rockville. Each restaurant employs about 25 local employees.

“Timonium is a dynamic community and one that will be a great fit for our daytime-dining experience,” says Chris Tomasso, chief marketing officer for First Watch. “We really pride ourselves on our unique approach to breakfast, brunch, and lunch and always providing fast, friendly service. Our Timonium restaurant will be no different.”

The new Timonium Square restaurant features an interior design concept that maximizes the natural light provided during the restaurant’s daytime hours and incorporates color tones conveying the warm and inviting personality of the First Watch brand. The design also accentuates an open-kitchen concept, which reinforces First Watch’s honest approach to fresh food preparation.

First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The restaurant also offers guests complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
