Parkside at Alliance Town Center, the highly anticipated 3.5-acre food and beverage destination within AllianceTexas, has added two new restaurants to its list of culinary experiences. With the announcement of First Watch and MOD Pizza, Parkside at Alliance Town Center will soon offer a total of four elevated dining concepts alongside a scenic park setting, bringing a combination unlike anything else in north Fort Worth. The first phase of the development recently opened with Grub Kitchen + Bar, and Shell Shack will soon follow.

Parkside at Alliance Town Center is designed to complement the surrounding natural environment and seamlessly blend with Bluestem Park, a 14-acre natural oasis in the center of Alliance Town Center. With vast, welcoming patio spaces, the development overlooks the picturesque open landscape and creates a relaxing yet sophisticated environment. Providing a wide variety of entertainment, Parkside at Alliance Town Center will feature an area for live music, recreational activities, shaded areas and planned programming throughout the year.

“We are creating a first-of-its-kind, urban dining destination that is built on promoting community engagement,” says Mark Miller, vice president of Hillwood. “Parkside at Alliance Town Center is the perfect destination for people of all ages to spend their days and evenings socializing, enjoying al fresco dining, competing in a friendly game of cornhole or bocce ball, and appreciating unobstructed views of Bluestem Park.”

Creating an entirely new dining and entertainment option for the AllianceTexas community, Parkside at Alliance Town Center will be home to the only First Watch restaurant in Texas with a bar/beverage counter. The daytime café will serve specialty coffee drinks like cappuccinos, lattes and espressos, as well as unique alcoholic brunch cocktails, including a Vodka and Kale Tonic – a variation of the restaurant’s popular fresh-juiced Kale Tonic drink featuring gluten-free vodka. Classic brunch cocktails like Mimosas and Bloody Marys will also be available, in addition to wine, kombucha and beer on draft.

First Watch’s curated menu takes an elevated approach to both traditional and innovative offerings, all made to order using farm-fresh ingredients. It includes mouthwatering items such as Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. The new restaurant will also offer healthy, flavorful favorites like house-made granola, freshly made pico de gallo, organic greens, house-roasted vegetables, cage-free eggs and more indulgent, traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings.

Similarly enhancing the diverse, top-notch dining at Alliance Town Center is MOD Pizza, known for its individual, artisan-style pizzas and salads that are made on demand, using any combination of over 30 toppings all for one set price. The pizzas are cooked in a gas-fired oven and ready in just minutes.

Recently launched, Grub Kitchen + Bar is the first restaurant to open at Parkside at Alliance Town Center. The chef-driven, scratch restaurant offers eclectic burgers, bowls, sandwiches and handcrafted shakes. The Grub Kitchen + Bar in Alliance includes a dining room, patio and full bar with signature cocktails, wine and draft beer. The previously announced Shell Shack will be the second restaurant to open at Alliance Town Center. This Dallas-based seafood joint will serve up a complete seafood experience with three different types of crab, shrimp and crawfish in five different flavors, along with oysters, chicken wings, sandwiches and salads.

With these four new concepts, Parkside at Alliance Town Center will not only offer upscale restaurant options for residents and visitors, but it will also give the community new, dynamic options for nightlife in north Fort Worth by offering later hours and exciting live music.
