First Watch Restaurants announced that it will open two more Nashville-area locations before the end of September. When the restaurants open on September 14 at 3879 Lebanon Pike in Hermitage, and September 28 at 450 Sam Ridley Parkway West in Smyrna, fans of the daytime eatery will be among the first to experience the concept’s updated restaurant prototype design and fresh, new menu.

“Nashville has welcomed us with open arms since First Watch first opened in Brentwood in 2011—it’s a sort of southern hospitality that’s hard to find elsewhere,” says Chris Tomasso, chief marketing officer for First Watch. “We can’t wait to show our friends here the fresh design and exciting new dishes we’ve been working on behind the scenes.”

The restaurants’ latest interior design combines farm fresh elements with a more high-energy, urban vibe. First Watch’s new-curated menu takes an elevated approach to traditional and innovative offerings made to order using farm fresh ingredients. It includes items such as Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos, and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. The restaurant will also feature a Fresh Juice Bar with beverages—like the Kale Tonic and Day Glow—juiced in-house daily using fresh fruits and vegetables sourced locally whenever possible. Other menu highlights include house-made granola and salsa, cage-free eggs, organic greens, house-roasted vegetables, and 100 percent fresh-squeezed orange juice, as well as more indulgent, traditional breakfast, brunch, and lunch offerings.

The openings come four years after First Watch’s Nashville debut and fresh on the heels of the company’s acquisition of Nashville’s renowned Bread & Company last year and The Egg & I, which has four area restaurants, in May.
