Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Unveils Winter Features Menu

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill’s Winter Features menu is set to impress this holiday season. These limited time menu offerings include the Seared Tuna Superfoods Salad, Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich, Grilled New York Strip and Grilled Striped Bass, among other new seasonally inspired menu entrees, are available at participating locations now through December 31.

“We use seasonal and fresh ingredients to create the bold flavors we are known for,” says Firebirds Executive Chef Steve Sturm. “Guests will find some of their favorites with a unique twist, as well as new creations, like the Grilled Striped Bass and Volcano Shrimp.”

Available now - Dec. 31, the Winter Features menu includes: Lunch:

Seared Tuna Superfoods Salad – Sushi-grade tuna, spinach, organic ancient grains, cucumbers, avocado, grilled corn, edamame, radish; Chef recommends avocado green goddess dressing

Suggested wine pairing: Borne of Fire Chardonnay

Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich – Crispy chicken tenders topped with crunchy slaw, pickles and candied jalapeño mayo, on a toasted brioche bun

Suggested beer pairing: Sam Adams Boston Lager

Grilled NY Strip – Topped with roasted garlic herb butter; served with choice of side

Suggested wine pairing: Borne of Fire Cabernet Sauvignon Dinner:

Grilled Striped Bass – Topped with pan-seared mezcal shrimp, served with ancient grains pilaf, asparagus and roasted tomatoes

Suggested wine pairing: Borne of Fire Chardonnay

Grilled NY Strip – Topped with roasted garlic herb butter; served with choice of side

Filet and Shrimp – Wood grilled 7oz filet crowned with shrimp sauteed in a creamy Key lime butter sauce; choice of side

Volcano Shrimp – Pan-seared shrimp in a creamy, mildly spicy New Orleans BBQ butter sauce over toasted focaccia 

Black Tie Chocolate Cheesecake – Served with raspberries and raspberry sauce 

The health and safety of its guests and team members are Firebirds’ top priority. In addition to following all capacity requirements and social distancing protocols, Firebirds has enhanced its already high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleaning/sanitation. Online ordering for ToGo curbside delivery is also available, providing a convenient alternative to dine-in. Delivery is made possible through partners such as DoorDash.

In addition to its winter features, Firebirds continues to evolve its Kids Menu to align with its conscious values. This season’s Kids Menu is filled with healthy menu items, as well as interactive activities that teach kids to be the leaders of tomorrow using Integrity, Trust, Empathy, Accountability, Caring and Humility.

Firebirds’ hand-crafted seasonal cocktails such as Diamonds are a Mule’s Best Friend, Blood Orange Basil Gimlet and Skrewball Russian, as well as several others, are available through the end of the year. In addition to its ample wine list, Firebirds is introducing two new wines from Borne of Fire for the winter season:

Borne of Fire Chardonnay 2018: “Pear and citrus flavors alongside floral notes and a hint of tarragon.” 

Borne of Fire Cabernet Sauvignon 2017: “Cherry, currant, savory spice and red pepper, with a green coffee finish.” In addition to trying the feature menu, guests can pre-order their Holiday Feast with the option of Turkey or Prime Rib starting at $139.95, which includes classic sides and a dessert. Firebirds is also offering beautifully designed gift cards perfect for holiday gifting to co-workers, family and friends. Guests will receive $20 in bonus gift cards with every $100 spent on Firebirds gift cards in store or online through Dec. 31. Or, if gift cards are purchased in bulk, guests will save up to 25% with Firebirds’ corporate buying program year-round.
