Firebirds Wood Fired Grill has launched its new menu of seasonal cocktails and mocktails.

“From our exclusive Lavender Lemonade to our Sunny Paloma Spritz, we’ve created an eclectic mix of freshly squeezed fruit juices and blended elixirs that are beautifully presented and perfectly suited to quench anyone’s thirst this spring and summer,” says Firebirds SVP Executive Chef Steve Sturm.

  • Austin City Limits: Deep Eddy Lime Vodka, triple sec and cranberry juice, served up 
  • Lavender Lemonade: Alex’s Fresh Lemonade mixed with lavender elixir and topped with Empress 1908 Gin
  • My Blue Haven: Rumhaven Coconut Water Rum, blue Curaçao, fresh-squeezed lemon juice and charred pineapple purée, topped with La Marca Prosecco
  • Chili Guavarita: Corazón Blanco Tequila, Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur, fresh-squeezed lime juice and guava purée, served on the rocks with a chili-dusted rim
  • Sunny Paloma Spritz: Espolon Blanco Tequila, Aperol and fresh-squeezed lime juice topped with Q Grapefruit soda, on the rocks with a salted rim
  • Feelin’ Peachy Mule: Svedka Vodka, Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur, peach elixir and fresh-squeezed lime juice, topped with ginger beer
  • Espresso Martini: Caffè Borghetti Expresso Liqueur, vodka and cream, served up
  • Ember Rose:Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, Disaronno Amaretto, fresh-squeezed lemon juice and strawberry elixir, topped with club soda
  • Liquid Sunshine: Slow & Low Rock and Rye, agave nectar and fresh lemon juice, served on the rocks
  • Watermelon Daisy: El Jimador Silver Tequila, triple sec, housemade sweet & sour and Red Bull Red Edition

Mocktails (Alcohol-free mixology)

  • Raspberry No-Jito: Raspberry purée, Alex’s Fresh Lemonade, fresh lime, and mint leaves
  • Lady Lavender: Fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice, lavender and vanilla elixirs, grenadine, and club soda
  • Charred Pineapple Agua Fresca: Fresh pineapple seared on Firebirds’ wood-fired grill, blended and mixed with fresh lime juice and chilled water

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill’s FIREBAR also offers Wine Down Mondays, happy hour, artisan classic cocktails, craft beer, bourbon, after-dinner drinks, and Firebirds’ private label wine. The new, seasonal beverages pair up nicely with a selection of Firebirds’ exclusive Bar Bites, generously portioned for 2-3 guests and featuring: 

  • Grilled Tenderloin Medallions topped with New Orleans BBQ butter sauce
  • Avocado-Lime Whipped Feta with charred corn salsa and grilled focaccia
  • Everything Pretzel served warm with everything seasoning and Sam Adams beer cheese fondue
  • Beef Sliders featuring three USDA Choice mini burgers with Tillamook cheddar cheese, sauteed onions, yellow mustard and pickles
  • Crispy Cauliflower tossed in Thai chili sauce with green onion and pumpkin seed
  • Fired Up Shrimp flash-fried and tossed with a spicy Sriracha sauce
  • Tuna Tacos with crunchy slaw, charred corn salsa and jalapeno
