Known for its scratch kitchen and classic American cuisine infused with bold flavors, fresh herbs and spices, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill launched its Spring Features menu, featuring seasonal items such as Jalapeño Deviled Eggs and Grapefruit Vanilla Custard.
“Our Spring Features menu offers guests a chance to experience their favorite spring foods with a twist, which also allows us to be creative in our offerings,” says Executive Chef Steve Sturm of Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. “The spring selections are perfect for the season, whether you are celebrating a special occasion or enjoying a meal al fresco.”
The menu also includes: The Wood Grilled Turkey Burger, Chicken Sorrento Salad, Maple Mustard-Glazed Duroc Pork Medallions and Chile-Lime Grilled Swordfish, available until May 3. The menu is also gluten-friendly as the Jalapeño Deviled Eggs, Maple Mustard-Glazed Duroc Pork Medallions, Chicken Sorrento Salad and Chile-Lime Grilled Swordfish are gluten-free.
In addition to the Spring Features Menu, Firebirds is also partnering with family-owned J. Lohr Vineyards and will offer its 2013 Seven Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon and its 2014 Riverstone Chardonnay for a limited time. Firebirds Wood Fired Grill’s regular business hours are Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
