Known for its classic American cuisine infused with bold flavors, fresh herbs and spices, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill launches its new Bar Bites menu. Guests can now enjoy a selection of small plates including Tenderloin Sliders, Pretzel Bites and Samuel Adams Beer Cheese, Crispy Hand Spun Chicken Tenders, Ahi Tuna Tar-Tar, Cajun BBQ Shrimp and Crispy Mahi Tacos.
All of the small plates can be enjoyed at the award-winning Firebar or on the patio, and can be paired with delicious summer cocktails such as the Siesta Sangria or Mango Mojito through September—perfect timing for late summer and early fall outdoor dining.
“The new menu puts a twist on typical bar selections by combining fresh ingredients and our signature bold flavor that keeps guests coming back for more,” says Executive Chef Steve Sturm of Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. “Our knowledgeable staff provides recommendations on the perfect beer, wine or cocktail to compliment each item.”
Bar Bites and drink specials in the Firebar are available on the patio from 4–6:30 p.m. every Monday through Friday. Summer cocktails such as the Siesta Sangria and Mango Mojito will be offered through September.
