Eureka! serves beef from Santa Carota ranch in Bakersfield, California where the cattle ingests 95% carrot-based diet upcycles from local farms. Beyond the exceptional flavor, the beef has no added antibiotics, its hormone-free, non-GMO, has more vitamins including high in B12 and Beta-carotene, and is low in saturated fat.
