Restaurant Group announced its new loyalty program and app to enhance the personalized connections with its guests, both in restaurants and in the digital space. Eureka! has partnered with Thanx, the leading loyalty and guest engagement platform, to take the guest relationship to the next level.
Founded in 2009, Eureka! is known for its one-of-a-kind dining experience featuring a locally-sourced and scratch-made menu, creative craft cocktails, and exceptional hospitality. Eureka! was named a breakout brand by Nation’s Restaurant News, receiving recognition for the restaurant’s all-American comfort classics executed with modern twists as well as their emphasis on featuring artisanal, small-batch distilleries in their beverage program.

To celebrate the launch, guests who sign up before August 31 will earn a chance to win a coveted “Burger Pass” – which offers the holder complimentary Eureka! American Cheeseburgers for a year. Three guests who join the loyalty program during this timeframe will be selected to win the pass, redeemable for one cheeseburger per week.*
Just by joining the “Friends with Benefits” program, loyalty members receive complimentary Truffle Cheese Fries, $10 for every $200 spent, complimentary “Hooked on Chocolate” cake on their birthday, early access to new menu items, and surprise and delight perks throughout the program. “Friends with Benefits members will not only be rewarded for dining at Eureka! but will also have a first-hand opportunity to craft what the next level of benefits looks like. We’ve already seen the huge success of our Whiskey Club and know what those specific members enjoy.
