Eureka! to Launch the American Spirit Cocktail for Limited Time

Eureka! is launching the American Spirit, an adult version of an old summer favorite popsicle treat, the “Bomb! Pop” cocktail featuring small-batch vodka, cherry, lime, and blue raspberry flavors. The beverage program at Eureka! revolves around the restaurant’s commitment to serving all-American premium products that is highly sought after from its small batch spirits, top local craft beers, and small batch whiskeys.

Eureka! specializes in American classics with a modern twist with its diverse selection of carrot-fed Angus beef burgers from Santa Carota. Guest favorites include the 28 Day Dry-Aged Bone Marrow Burger featuring bone marrow shiitake butter, charbroiled onion, horseradish mustard aioli, and roasted Roma tomato; Fresno Fig Burger topped with fig marmalade, melted goat cheese, bacon, tomato, red onion, arugula, and spicy porter mustard; Bison Burger with spicy Fresno chile, bacon-infused jalapeno jam, smoked mozzarella, and whiskey caramelized onions and the Cowboy Burger with shoestring onion rings, bacon, cheddar, and topped with beer barbeque sauce. From signatures like the Mac N Cheese Balls or the Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich with coleslaw, house pickles, and firecracker aioli, Eureka! Has something for everyone this exciting month.

The American Spirit cocktail will be available from July 1 to July 27, 2021. The cost will be $13 for dine-in and $25 for cocktail to-go, which serves up to four drinks.
