Eureka! is bringing the brews and chews to celebrate Labor Day and National Cheeseburger Day in September. Not only will Eureka! have an all-day happy hour on 9/4, but the restaurant will be launching a new cheesy burger, specially crafted for the month from 9/6 to 10/3.
Created by Chef Martin Andrade, the Chili Relleno Burger is seasoned with blackening spice, topped with caramelized onions, a roasted jalapeno with creamy jack cheese, and finished with guac, pico, sour cream, and a traditional relleno salsa, mouthwatering, yes? Guests are also encouraged to wash down their burger with Eureka!’s local and national beers on draft ranging from hoppy IPAs to balanced blondes (upholding Eureka!’s promise that there’s “no crap on tap!).
