Minor’s, a proud supporter of professional chefs, challenges foodservice operators to develop an original recipe featuring two Minor’s Ready to Flavor products in a cold application for a chance to win a trip to watch the 2017 Bocuse d’Or culinary competition in Lyon, France.  The contest submission period is July 1 to September 1.

To enter, operators must submit their original recipe and photo of the prepared dish using at least one Minor’s Base and one Minor’s Flavor Concentrate in an unheated format from the list of eligible Ready to Flavor™products, which can be found online. The Flavor Expedition Recipe Contest is open to foodservice operators, chefs and line cooks and is intended to inspire culinary creativity using Minor’s exclusive ready-to-eat capability in cold recipes without the adding step of cooking.

The grand prize winner will receive a trip for two to Lyon, France, including airfare, accommodations for four nights and two tickets to watch the 2017 Bocuse d’Or Culinary Competition running January 24 to 25, 2017.

This contest is limited to foodservice operators, professional chefs and line cooks over the age of 18 and located in the U.S. Limit one entry per person, and participation must be in conformance with company policies.
