To celebrate the start of spring, Eggs Up Grill is rolling out three fresh new menu items for a limited time. The fan-favorite spot for breakfast, brunch and lunch will feature its Strawberry Éclair French Toast, Texas Farmhouse Omelet and Good Morning Burger from Monday, March 2, through Sunday, April 12.
“The groundhog predicted an early spring this year, and at Eggs Up Grill we’re ready to forget winter and move onto something new. In our case, that means three new menu items,” says Ricky Richardson, CEO of Eggs Up Grill. “Whether you have a sweet tooth, a hearty appetite or are looking for something with a little kick, the Eggs Up Grill menu has something new for you this spring.”
The Strawberry Éclair French Toast features custard-dipped, thick-cut brioche bread, stuffed with cream cheese frosting and topped with sugared strawberries and vanilla cream cheese sauce.
The Texas Farmhouse Omelet is a four-egg omelet loaded with crispy bacon, andouille sausage, sautéed mushrooms, home fries, pickled jalapenos and green chiles. It is topped with Hatch chile gravy for a little zing and served with a choice of home fries or grits.
The Good Morning Burger features two steak-burger patties stacked with a mushroom and onion omelet, layered with melted Swiss cheese, topped with crispy bacon and fresh spinach tossed in hot bacon dressing. It is served on a grilled brioche bun.
The new spring menu items provide another reason that Eggs Up Grill is the neighborhood go-to dining spot for so many guests.
