Centennial, Colorado-based The Egg & I Restaurants will open its second North Carolina Restaurant on August 31. The restaurant opens at 6 a.m. and is located at 1104 Ledsome Lane on Walnut Street off US 1, in Cary, North Carolina.

On August 30, the restaurant will donate 100 percent of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to The Carying Place.

For over 20 years, The Carying Place has been helping families help themselves. Their unique program offers a homeless, working family the opportunity to get off the street into a safe and secure home for their family and to learn how to rebuild their lives.
