East Coast Wings & Grill, a Winston Salem-based restaurant concept known for its 75 flavors of award-winning buffalo-style wings, recently opened its newest location at 602 W. 15th St. in Washington, North Carolina.

Located in the Washington Crossings shopping center, the new restaurant is owned and operated by brothers, Jared and Seth Lucas, who also own four other locations across North Carolina in Greenville, Kinston, and Goldsboro.

“We look forward to continue to be the place where families go for a delicious meal at a price everyone can enjoy,” says Seth Lucas, owner of the new Washington East Coast Wings & Grill. “We’re a place that everyone can feel comfortable going to enjoy time with family and friends, plus our food is incredible.”

East Coast Wings & Grill is far different from the norm in the chicken wing segment. Focusing on great-tasting, freshly prepared food for families, deviating from the standard alcohol-driven setting typical of wing concepts, the flourishing brand creates a warm and inviting environment that leaves customers feeling a sense of community. While its 75 flavors and 675 combinations of buffalo wings remain a staple of the brand, East Coast Wings & Grill’s six-page menu incorporates casual dining fare including burgers, salads, sandwiches, and more.

“Our brand’s accomplishments can be attributed to a variety of elements uncharacteristic of the chicken wing industry,” says Dan Collins, senior vice president of Brand Development. “Our recipe for success is onboarding high-quality franchisees like Seth and Jared that recognize great unit level economics, fresh-to-order-made menu items using fresh ingredients and, of course, creating a comfortable environment for the whole family to enjoy.”
