Robert Earl, Founder and Chairman of Earl Enterprises, announced today the expansion of the organization’s leadership, adding industry veteran, Michael Beacham, to the team. Beacham’s presence on the executive team will enable Earl Enterprises to implement innovative updates to its operations, drive new revenue streams and grow its customer base. His years of wide-ranging experience in restaurant franchising, development, and operations with leading companies domestically and internationally, will be valuable as the hospitality sector bounces back following Covid-19‘s effects on the industry. 

Beacham’s 25+ year career in hospitality is attributed to his commitment to world-class standards implemented at every level of the business, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded. Throughout his career, he led various initiatives delivering record growth, service scores and return on investment.

Beacham’s previous experience includes leadership at notable brands including President of Darden International, Chief Operations Officer at Hard Rock, Chief Development Officer at Rosinter Restaurant Holdings, and Chief Operating Officer of Chuck E Cheese. His most recent role was as President of Reef Technologies, where he oversaw its brands and commercialized menus to work in a digital environment, in addition to the internationalization of the company into Europe and the Middle East.

In his new role, Michael will directly report to Robert and will be based in Earl Enterprise’s hometown of Orlando. Earl Enterprises has multiple dining brands under its umbrella including Buca di Beppo, Planet Hollywood, Bertucci’s, Earl of Sandwich, Brio Italian Grille, Bravo Italian Kitchen, Chicken Guy!, TooJay’s, Asian Street Eats, Café Hollywood, Seaside on the Pier, Planet Hollywood Hotels Worldwide, The Breakfast Club, and other brands.
