Champion Industries, manufacturer of a full line of premier commercial ware washing systems for over 100 years, introduced the first addition to its award-winning E2series Flight Machine line. The new EEUCCW4, with patented Quad Rinse E2series technology, has a smaller footprint for lower ware washing needs. The original model EEUCCW8, which offers the lowest water consumption in the industry with rates as low as 84 gallons per hour and the highest dish capacity of over 19,000 per hour, will be on display at the National Restaurant Association Show, May 22-25, booth #4412, at Chicago’s McCormick Place.

The new EEUCCW4 upright conveyor offers foodservice operators an affordable flight machine that has some of the lowest water consumptions in the industry for its compact size, with rates as low as 65 gallons per hour. Its patented Quad Rinse System combines the highest production capacity of up to over 13,000 dishes per hour, with the lowest energy and water usage into one machine.

“Our award-winning E2series has created so much excitement in the industry that we wanted to offer a more economical version in a smaller footprint to foodservice operators that have lower ware washing capacities, but still strive for the most efficient solutions,” says Erik S. Nommsen, president of Champion.

With three operational modes—Eco Clean, Express Clean and Extended Clean—the E2series offers some of the most versatile, energy efficient, and economical flight machine in the industry. The Eco Clean, (energy saver mode), has the lowest water consumption at 65gph for approximately 8,700 dishes per hour, while Express Clean has the highest capacity of over 13,000 dishes per hour with a water consumption of 112gph. Extended Clean is also included for extra soiled wares.

Quad Rinse is the only system in the industry that proportionately links the amount of hot water used with the different conveyor speeds to save water and energy and greatly reduce operating costs.

The E2series Flight Machines with patented Quad Rinse received the 2010 Kitchen Innovations Award. All of the award recipients will be showcased at the 2010 NRA Show in live, interactive demonstrations throughout the Kitchen Innovations pavilion.

Champion will also be introducing its new Swing Split Door option, offering an ergonomic design with superior access for daily cleaning, at the 2010 NRA Show. It will be exhibited, along with Champion’s standard non-insulated lift up door and insulated split nested door, on the E2series EEUCCW8 flight machine.
