Sallo’s extensive management background and knowledge of global cuisines will play an integral role in his work at the C. “I’m elated to be working alongside the talented individuals across the C. Baldwin culinary team,” says Sallo. “I look forward to bringing a new perspective to the property’s food & beverage program and providing guests with an elevated dining experience in the heart of downtown Houston.”
