Diversified Foodservice Supply, Inc., the parent company of leading brands in the foodservice parts, supplies, equipment, and accessories distribution industry, acquired Lundco Supply, a highly respected replacement parts and supplies distributor in Houston, Texas. DFSI will complete the transaction through its AllPoints Foodservice Parts & Supplies brand and will merge Lundco with AllPoints into a new, state-of-the-art sales and distribution facility in Houston. The addition of Lundco to the AllPoints brand adds scale to the organization and improves the customer offering and distribution footprint for customers in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. The new Houston facility is scheduled to open October 3, 2016 and will initially support the Lundco/AllPoints merger but will soon support the distribution requirements of the entire DFSI family of brands including Franklin Machine Products, Tundra Restaurant Supply, Restaurant Parts & More, DSI Parts, Mill Hardware, and Restaurant Discount Warehouse.
