Dirty Habit Introduces Daily Brunch Service

Dirty Habit is rolling out a brand-new daily brunch. This new seven-day brunch will replace the separate breakfast and lunch services that were formerly offered Monday through Friday. Starting Monday, January 14, guests can now enjoy delicious brunch options from Executive Chef Kyoo Eom, blending sophisticated flavors from around the world. Brunch begins at 7 a.m. on weekdays and at 8 a.m. on weekends, and will be offered until 2:30 p.m. every day.

“Offering brunch seven days a week allows us to accommodate more guests during the day,” says William Smith, general manager of Dirty Habit. “Not only do we eliminate the time needed to change from breakfast to lunch service, but we also remove prior menu restrictions. If one guest prefers an omelet at noon and another is craving a burger, our daily brunch menu ensures every Washingtonian is covered for a great meal. This new format also gives us the opportunity to serve brunch to those who work late nights and need to sleep in, as well as to visitors traveling into the city after a long flight. Everyone can find something that suits their appetite.”

New Brunch Dishes

New brunch plates include dynamic flavors, stylish presentations, and unique twists from Chef Eom that guests have come to expect from Dirty Habit. Guests can dig into such new dishes as the Pork Fried Rice Omelet with pork belly, shitake mushrooms, and scallion, the Dutch Pancake with fresh berries and powdered sugar, and the French Toast ‘Mich stuffed with Madrange ham and Swiss cheese and served with greens.

Adding to Dirty Habit classics like the popular DHDC Burger, Chef Eom introduces hearty options including the Chicken Pot Pie topped with puff pastry, and the Shrimp Po’Boy packed with crisp tempura shrimp and topped with a sweet chili mayo.

New Brunch Cocktails

Behind the bar, Beverage Manager Drew Hairston has added creative, premium cocktails to everyday brunch. Hairston’s Espresso Martini is a fresh version of the guilty pleasure cocktail, featuring Grey Goose vodka, crème de cacao, frothy egg white, and Vigilante espresso. Also perfect for starting the day, Hairston’s Calpico Fizz has lighter citrus flavors with Edinburgh Gin, yuzu, cream, and a splash of the tangy Japanese soda Calpico. Dirty Habit’s seasonally rotating Everlasting DH Brunch Punch and Mimosas are also now offered daily for $18.

New Brunch Days and Hours

Guests may now enjoy the Dirty Habit brunch menu from 7:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays, and from 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. From January 14 through January 27, guests have a special opportunity to taste a variety of Chef Eom’s brunch flavors with the Winter Restaurant Week pricing of $22 for two brunch dishes.
