Dinosaur Bar-B-Que partnered with the Times Union Center, a premier sports and entertainment facility in Albany, New York, to open a permanent concession stand within the arena. The concession, located at Plaza View, opens on October 23. A press conference announcing the partnership will be held October 22 at the Times Union Center.
Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, which has a location in nearby Troy, is excited to expand the brand to bring its fresh, homemade, and high-quality “Good Smoke” ‘Que to the state’s capital.
Guests can expect Dino favorites such as the Pulled Pork Sandwich with pickles; Sliced BBQ Brisket Sandwich with pickled onion and jalapeno relish; Bar-B-Que Beans; and A.K. Chili on the menu.
“Dinosaur Bar-B-Que offers winning combinations on its menu but there is no better combo than a New York State restaurant featuring its food at the Times Union Center,” says Daniel P. McCoy, Albany County Executive. “We’re proud that the state’s capital will now be home to what has been called one of the best barbecue restaurants in the country at the premier sports and entertainment venue in the Greater Capital Region.”
Dinosaur Bar-B-Que’s Times Union Center outpost will be open during events and concerts at the Times Union Center.
