Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Inc. announced the promotion of Ray Risley to senior vice president of operations, overseeing Del Frisco's Grille, effective immediately. In his new role, Risley will oversee the operations of all Del Frisco's Grille locations across the country and will lead the management and growth of the concept.
Risley has been with Del Frisco's Restaurant Group for over 17 years and was a member of the team that developed the Grille concept at the outset. He most recently served as vice president of operations for Sullivan's Steakhouse. Risley also previously served as the opening regional manager for the first Del Frisco's Grille restaurants, located in New York and Dallas.
