David Burke Kitchen Aspen, an artisanal market-to-table restaurant in the heart of downtown Aspen, Colorado, will open in November. The restaurant will be led by Executive Chef Matthew O’Neill, formerly the executive chef at the Ajax Tavern in the Little Nell Hotel.
The restaurant showcases the David Burke Group’s classic style of cooking, featuring authentic all-American ingredients with items locally sourced in Colorado. Hand-crafted cocktails will highlight the beverage menu. The restaurant is also the sister property of David Burke Kitchen at The James New York Hotel.
