Dark Corner Distillery received two distinguished awards at the 5th Annual New York International Spirits Competition.

Dark Corner won the South Carolina Distillery of the Year Award and the Bronze Award for Dark Corner Moonshine.

The competition is the first major international competition with trade only judges comprised of buyers from the top retail stores, restaurant owners, cocktail bars, hotel beverage directors, distributors, and importers.

Dark Corner Moonshine competed against 400 spirits from more than 24 countries. With a total of 38 awards, 16 for its Moonshine alone, Dark Corner Distillery continues to build recognition with industry experts and consumers for its unique products.

One of ten spirits currently offered by the award-winning distillery, Dark Corner Moonshine is crafted from a unique blend of corn, red wheat, and barley using time-honored techniques passed down from America’s early settlers.

Each batch is hand-mashed and twice-distilled, resulting in a classic corn whiskey packed with a rich, buttery kettle corn aroma and highlighting notes of sweet cream and toasted spice on the palate.
