Mimi's Cafe, a neighborhood bistro inspired by France, introduces its newest value offering: Mimi's My Way 1-2-3. Guests can now create their own full course dinner menu by combining their favorite Mimi's Entree, Soup, Salad, or Petite Treat Dessert, all at a special everyday value. At Mimi's, creating a meal unique to personal taste preferences is as easy as 1-2-3.

As part of its "Value Revolution," Mimi's My Way 1-2-3 was created to appeal to guests who would like to dine out more frequently, but given the uncertain economic times, may be less inclined to do so. Guests can choose any entree and make it a two-course meal, featuring its famous soups or a crisp garden or Caesar salad for an additional $2, or a three-course meal, featuring the above plus a decedent Petite Treat Dessert for an additional $3.

"Our guests know and love us for a variety of dinner favorites,” says Mark Mears, Mimi's president and chief concept officer. “We also know times are tight and that dining out at dinner has become more challenging in this economy. While other restaurants lure guests with meal deals that offer only limited selections of appetizers, entrees, and dessert combinations, Mimi's My Way 1-2-3 offers ultimate guest flexibility. It is an everyday value which allows guests to be creative when dining out and customize their meal to suit their individual tastes, appetite, and budget."

With Mimi's My Way, diners can choose from Mimi's freshly prepared Cafe Classics Entrees, including Oven Fresh Pot Roast, Chicken Pot Pie and Country Fried Steak, as well as more adventurous gourmet French selections, including Chicken Brie Dijon and Beef Bourguignon. To create a two-course meal, guests can add a cup of soup or a garden or Caesar salad to a dinner of their choice for only $2. For $3, guests can create a complete three-course Meal that includes a cup of soup or a Caesar or garden salad and a Petite Treat Dessert. The perfectly portioned sweet treats include Mimi's famous Bread Pudding, Fresh Apple Cinnamon Crisp, Triple Chocolate Brownie, and Chocolate Mousse.
