The Exposition Development Company (ExpoDevCo) announced today the support of the American Culinary Federation North Carolina Chapter (ACFNC) for the North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Expo.
“[The partnership] will allow the American Culinary Federation North Carolina Chapter the opportunity to network with other areas of the hospitality industry while providing a showcase to highlight some of the many talents of our members,” says Chef Keith E. Gardiner, president of the American Culinary Federation North Carolina Chapter.
In addition to joining on as a supporter of the Expo, the ACFNC will assist with organizing, planning, and executing the floor competitions and culinary demonstrations held throughout the event.
“The expertise [of the ACFNC] in competitions and culinary demonstrations will add another level of distinctive value for the attendees and local industry,” says David Audrain, president and CEO of ExpoDevCo.
The 2015 North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Expo will be held Sept. 20-21 at the Raleigh Convention Center in Raleigh, North Carolina.
