QSR Automations has announced that it is rolling out DineTime to all Cracker Barrel Old Country Store locations nationwide, with plans to complete the installment by the end of summer 2015.

DineTime, QSR’s Guest Management solution, currently seats over a million people every day with installs worldwide and offers features such as wait list management, online reservations, guest data collection, a mobile guest app, and much more.

“Cracker Barrel is known for providing a friendly home away from home atmosphere,” says Heath Wechter, VP of sales at QSR Automations. “We are proud that Cracker Barrel has selected and entrusted DineTime to help their restaurants continue to exceed guest expectations. Cracker Barrel is using DineTime in a multiple platform approach with both Apple and Windows clients, as well as DineTime Assist for remote floor management. The company is also taking advantage of DineTime’s Enterprise Configuration and Reporting Portal to maintain a strong business insight throughout all of their locations with key analytical data.

“With stores that welcome an average of 1,000 guests a day it’s important to have a system that can help effectively manage the seating process,” says Leon De Wet, Cracker Barrel vice president information services and Chief Information Officer. “This new platform will allow us to increase capacity and minimize the long waits many guests experience when visiting our stores at peak times.”
