Corner Bakery Cafe, the rapidly expanding fast-casual restaurant franchise, has added Nick Booras and Gregg Koffler as directors of franchise sales.

Booras and Koffler are the latest to join the company’s growing development sales team in support of Corner Bakery’s plans to double its footprint in the U.S. over the next four years. Earlier this year, hospitality industry veteran Jonathan Benjamin was hired as vice president of franchise sales to spearhead the chain’s aggressive expansion plans.

Booras brings seven years of restaurant franchising experience to the company. Most recently he was the leading franchise salesman at Boston Pizza Restaurants. Prior to that, Booras was in pharmaceutical and cosmetic sales with Carow Packaging.

Koffler joins Corner Bakery with six years of hospitality franchise experience as a multiple award-winning director of franchise sales at U.S. Franchise Systems, Global Hyatt and then Wyndham Worldwide.

“I’m excited to have Nick and Gregg join the Corner Bakery team and know they will play an integral part in spearheading the company’s aggressive franchise growth plans,” says Mike Hislop, CEO of Corner Bakery Cafe.
