Copper Branch, the world’s largest 100 percent plant-based restaurant chain, has teamed up with Vegan Women Summit (VWS) to launch the Plant Powered Glow Up Contest, a global plant-based food product pitch to award a food service contract to a women led or founded business. The goal of the contest is to amplify the work of women leaders creating innovative, plant-based products and provide access to major food service and distribution contracts.
Copper Branch operates over 40 locations around the world - including Canada, the U.S. and Western Europe - and has continued plans for expansion, serving the growing demand for wholesome, plant-based foods within the fast-casual restaurant space. This contest will provide a momentous opportunity for the winner; offering the chance for global brand exposure, international distribution, and profound revenue growth.
Beginning today on June 1st, the contest is open now to women-led or founded businesses around the world. Contest participants are asked to enter their plant-based product for a chance to be awarded a global food service contract. The selected product will be featured as a menu item in select Copper Branch locations across Canada and the United States this fall. There is no cost to apply and companies from around the world are invited to apply.
