Clique Hospitality to Debut Side Piece at PALMS Casino Resort in Las Vegas

A new culinary pizza joint, Side Piece, will be opening its doors at PALMS Casino Resort in Las Vegas on Monday, March 18. Side Piece will be the go-to fast casual spot for traditional hand-tossed New York City pizzas. Located at PALMS Resort, Side Piece will have its own casino facing entrance, making it an easy one-stop shop for locals and visitors alike.

Side Piece knows that pizza cravings are as unpredictable as a night out in Sin City, so the convenient late night hours are a must. Guests will be in luck to get their lunchtime and late night appetites satisfied as Side Piece will be open each afternoon and into the wee hours of the morning, perfect at any time of the day or night.

The topper, ‘Side Pieces’ will eat free. That’s right. This venue is pure Vegas style and there is no other city where side pieces are more relevant.

Hailing from Naples, Italy, Chef Enzo Esposito will bring his Italian flare to the kitchen. Having a pizzaiolo background, Chef Enzo will be showcasing his pizza craftsmanship and Italian roots with a big city-certified and straightforward menu featuring classic cheese, pepperoni, vegetable, sausage and meatball, as well as a traditional white pizzas. Side Piece will also offer a selection of beer and wine to pair with its pizzas.
