Clabber Girl Corporation announced its launch of Royal Mango Gelatin as an addition to its current food service dessert line. The dessert line, which features gelatins, puddings, cheesecake, flan, and mousses, is distributed throughout the U.S. to foodservice and industrial ingredient customers.

The Royal gelatin products are extremely versatile. In addition to their high quality as a finished gelatin product, the dry gelatin mix can also be used as a component to produce multiple desserts. Panna cottas, poke cakes, parfaits, cubes for Gelatina Mosaica, and more can all be created using Royal gelatin.
Each of the available gelatin products are kosher certified, gluten-free, and have a 24-month shelf life. Food service customers can purchase Royal gelatin products, available in six and 12-packs, from their local distributor or at Jetro/Restaurant Depot locations.
