Chef Troy Guard's Tiny Giant Sushi Opens in Denver

Tiny Giant Sushi, the non-traditional sushi concept from Troy Guard and TAG Restaurant Group, is now open in McGregor Square’s Milepost Zero.

Harkening back to TAG Restaurant Group’s TAG Raw Bar Days, where guests can expect the unexpected, Tiny Giant Sushi brings healthy, fresh, grab-and-go fare to Milepost Zero.  Taking inspiration from Guard’s upbringing in Hawaii, the concept has a smaller, very focused menu featuring traditional ingredients with that special Troy Guard Twist.

Menu features a Chef-led Omakase section (go Tiny or go Giant), a selection of Temaki (hand rolls), Uramaki, Nigiri, Sashimi and sharing sides and appetizers. Guests can also experience some truly “Troy” selections like the Tiny Giant Roll with Kelp, Hamachi, Tuna, Cucumber, Yamagobo (Japanese pickled burdock root), Diakon and Carrot; the Hawaiian staple, SPAM Temaki; Yamagobo Maki; and Charlie Guard Poke, named for Troy’s Dad.
