This month, James Beard award-winning Chef Tory Miller of restaurants Sujeo, Estrellon, Graze, and L’Etoile in Madison, Wisconsin, heads to the Windy City to host two pop-up dinners with Honey Butter Fried Chicken and Sunday Dinner Club Chefs Christine Cikowski and Josh Kulp.

Chicagoans can try flavors from the award-winning chef’s locally inspired pan-Asian restaurant Sujeo, as he’ll serve his take on fried chicken at Honey Butter Fried Chicken on Sunday, July 24. From 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., guests can order Chef Miller’s Korean Fried Chicken with cucumber kimchi and gochujang honey butter, in addition to the restaurant’s regular menu.

On July 25 the pop-up continues with Sunday Dinner Club as the three chefs collaborate on a five-course Spanish-themed dinner, inspired by Chef Miller’s latest concept, Estrellon. Menu highlights include Slow Roasted Pork with hickory nut salmuera and green beans al ajillo; Fideos with roasted mushrooms, corn, and chorizo with basil aioli; and Marcona Almond Doughnut Holes with orange curd pastry cream and Wisconsin blueberries prepared by Chef Miller’s wife Kristine Miller, Chef and Owner at Madison-based Dough Baby Bakery.

The Sunday Dinner Club Menu will be offered for $65 plus tax and gratuity, and guests can BYOB or purchase drinks from the bar at Honey Butter Fried Chicken. The dinner starts promptly at 7 p.m., and tickets can be purchased on Sunday Dinner Club’s Tock Page.
