Buddy Foy, Jr. and his wife, Jennifer, joined by other Foy family members, announced they are opening The Chateau Anna Maria in the luxurious Waterline Marina Resort property on Anna Maria Island, Florida. On Saturday, December 19, they will hold their VIP reservation-access for dinner service, and will open to the public beginning Sunday, December 20. The Chateau Anna Maria will serve walk-in breakfast and lunch and reservations recommended for dinner. Additionally, the restaurant will have several dock slips making it possible for guests to arrive by boat.
Buddy, Jr. & Jennifer Foy look forward to bringing their French-inspired cuisine and elegant atmosphere to tourists and locals to enjoy year-round. Recognized industry leaders, their NY location, The Chateau On The Lake, is named to Top 100 Most Romantic and Top 100 Restaurants in America, and they have a celebrity-fan following as stars on the Food Network TV Reality Show, Summer Rush, which chronicled the seasonal summer business of three Foy-owned restaurants on Lake George.

The Foys are surprising many who believe this isn’t the right time for a restaurant expansion but Buddy Foy, Jr. believes the time has never been better to succeed.

This will be the third business for married co-owners Buddy, Jr and Jennifer Foy who had previous success in an e-commerce company as groundbreaking design & technology visionaries helping fashion brands go direct-to-consumer. “The stylish setting of Waterline is suited for us because our focus is making sure every guest has an experience that is special and perfect for them,” said Jennifer Foy who is leading the restaurant design renovation.
