Charleston Hospitality Group has acquired FILL Restaurant & Bar, a dueling piano bar & restaurant featuring live piano music Tuesday through Sunday evenings and dueling piano shows on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
“We are increasing the emphasis on food, adding a new menu, and adding weekly specials from our Eli’s Table menu. It is all about excellent food, and the piano and entertainment is a plus. It’s a win/win for our guests,” says Charleston Hospitality Group CEO Sam Mustafa.
Some of the items from the internationally inspired, bistro-style menu include a maple chili glazed bone-in pork chop with macaroni and cheese and crispy Brussel sprouts, lamb meatballs, shrimp ‘n’ grits, Hawaiian style lumpia, roasted corn & jalapeno bisque, and cast iron seared hanger steak with herb roasted fries, garlic wilted spinach and chimichurri sauce. Prices are moderate and range from $6 to $33 to appeal to FILL’s family-friendly clientele.
“It’s the right time and the right location. We are excited to have added this Mount Pleasant-based business to our restaurant family,” says Mustafa.
FILL is a full-service restaurant offering delicious, bistro-style fare, live music, and dueling piano bar performances throughout the week. The newest member of Charleston Hospitality Group, it is located at 1150 Hungry Neck Boulevard, Mount Pleasant, 29464.
