Breast Cancer Awareness Month is in full swing in Charleston, South Carolina, as Charleston Marriott Town Center announces a special happy hour to raise awareness and funds, in partnership with the Charleston Area Medical Center Foundation (CAMC). 

The iconic Charleston Town Center hotel invites guests to join them this month in an effort to support Breast Cancer research, as they offer up complimentary appetizers, a grand prize drawing, and other discounts.

The event is set to take place on Thursday, Oct. 23, in the hotel's popular Brick Salt Bar + Kitchen, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., and invites attendees to indulge in light bites, craft cocktails, and warm lattes, with 20 percent of proceeds donated to the CAMC Foundation to pay for mammograms for uninsured patients. Guests will also be treated to complimentary parking and passed hors d'oeuvres, as well as a special grand prize drawing.

For Marriott, this partnership and special event in support of Breast Cancer awareness is a reflection of the passion and care the staff put into their relationship with guests every day.

Brick Salt Bar + Kitchen is one of the newest restaurants in the city. Chef John Eckstadt uses local ingredients in seasonally created menus for carefully crafted and innovative dishes.
